Thinking I already seen everything and nothing would impress me I cam across this photo. I have seen many styles of scrotum modification but as you can see this individual went to the extreme. It has the whole package in it including the ass crack modified as well with some kind of a gap in between the cheeks. Enjot the photo as well.
